ACTIVITY WAIVERS

Activity waiver & release:

I understand that there may be some inherent risk of injury associated with both mine and my child’s (or children’s) participation in gymnastics and sports-related physical activities (“Activities”) provided by The Little Gym® Europe (operated through The Lifeskills Co SA) and its franchisee The Little Gym® Sofia (together “The Little Gym® Europe”). I hereby waive any and all claims of liability and agree to release and hold harmless the Little Gym® Europe in the event that such an injury occurs to myself or my child (or children) as a result of taking part in The Little Gym® Europe’s Activities, unless and to the extent that such injury or death is as a result of the negligence of The Little Gym® Europe or its employees, agents or representatives.

Medical attention:

In the event of an accident or injury to my child during activities at The Little Gym® Sofia in the absence of a parent, legal guardian or contact person, I hereby consent to The Little Gym® Sofia seeking medical care for my child.
Infectious Disease Waiver:
I enter the premises of The Little Gym® Sofia with my child(ren) and family members voluntarily and acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to and contracting infectious diseases, including but not limited to influenza and COVID-19, associated with my child(ren)’s participation in The Little Gym® Sofia activities. I have been encouraged by The Little Gym® Sofia to adhere to good hygiene and appropriate health measures to reduce the likelihood of contracting or spreading infectious diseases. I have read, understand and agree to adhere to all rules, guidelines and procedures set forth in The Little Gym® Sofia’s health and hygiene protocols in order to provide reasonable measures to avoid the transmission of infectious diseases. I release The Little Gym® Europe and The Little Gym® Sofia from all liability with respect to the transmission of infectious diseases.
