GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025-2026

Enrollment

Your child can join The Little Gym’s program at any time of the year, in a class suitable for their age. The curriculum and the skills the children develop are aligned with the developmental milestones, while our teaching methodology helps children integrate the programme seamlessly, no matter when they join the programme. Each child graduates to the next class when s/he reaches the corresponding age, and the parents can choose the most suitable day and time for the new class.

Tuition fee and payment

The tuition fee depends on the subscription plan you choose. It covers four regular classes, and children under 3 years of age can take advantage of two additional classes per month if there are places available. Paid fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future periods except in exceptional circumstances, such as serious injury that temporarily prevents the child from attending class.

Direct debit payments: on the due date, the installment amount is charged automatically to the client’s account. To this end, the client provides the necessary bank card information.

Card, cash or bank payments: the client undertakes to pay on the due date agreed at the time of enrollment. The Little Gym may send reminder emails for upcoming or late payments. A yearly administration fee of 41 euro (80 BGN) is charged for these types of payments at the time of enrollment and then every 12 months.

Deposit

A deposit in the amount of one installment is charged at the time of enrolment, which is deducted from the last installment due. An overdue installment is repaid from the deposit ex officio, at which time the one-month termination notice period starts to run. After the expiration of the notice period, the child’s place in the class is vacated and the membership terminated. The notice period may be interrupted by replenishing the deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable.

Make Up Policy

Every child enrolled in The Little Gym program is guaranteed a place in one class per week on a day and time agreed in advance with the parent. Every child enrolled in the program can make up missed classes without restriction, subject to availability. To do so, parents must notify The Little Gym of the upcoming absence by email at sofia@thelittlegym.eu or by Viber at 0888594441 (TLG Sofia South) or 0882502021 (TLG Sofia East) no later than three hours before the start of the class the child will miss. Otherwise, the missed class will be counted as attended. Missed classes will not be compensated financially.

Unenrollment from the program and freezing of installments

Unenrollment from the program is possible at any time with a month’s written notice sent to sofia@thelittlegym.eu, during which the tuition fee is due and the child has the right to attend classes. Depending on the selected subscription plan, it is possible to freeze a maximum of 2 payments within a calendar year. When payment is frozen, the child is not allowed to attend class but retains their place in the class in which they are enrolled upon their return.

Internal Rules and Policies

Class Observation

Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the lobby, unless any special measures are applicable. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class.

Responsibilities and Internal Rules

The Little Gym makes every effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and in the lobby, as well as the enjoyable experience of all club visitors. We rely on everyone’s compliance with the internal rules, good manners, care and consideration of other visitors. In the lobby, children are under the supervision and control of the parent, guardian or another adult they came with, the latter ensuring compliance with the rules and the child’s safety.

Health Care

The Little Gym Sofia reserves the right to deny entry to the gym and the lobby to children and adults with flu-like symptoms, such as (but not limited to) cough, runny or stuffy nose, high temperature, etc. If the child has an allergic cough, a medical certificate to this effect must be provided.

Clothing
Children should wear comfortable clothing during the classes. They usually enter the gym barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. However, they could also wear socks with rubber stoppers. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym® Sofia is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Behaviour Issues

If a child or an adult is being disruptive, destructive, or poses a danger to themselves, other children, a visitor or member of the team, we will make every effort to work with the child and the adult in question to resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child or the adult in question may be asked to leave the premises temporarily or permanently.

Force Majeure

If for reasons beyond the control of The Little Gym the classes cannot be held in person at the gym, training will continue online according to a specially adapted program. When unenrolling from the programme during force majeure, the general conditions during cancellation apply.

HIGIENE AND SAFETY MEASURES

HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

Below you can find the current measures we are taking to ensure health and safety at The Little Gym Sofia, as well as to address the expectations and concerns of our visitors.

  1. Upon entering the lobby, all visitors are required to remove their shoes or put on shoe covers, which can be found at the entrance. Clean, reusable shoe covers are acceptable if you have them.
  2. We kindly ask parents not to attend our classes if they or their children have any flu-like symptoms, including cough, runny nose, fever, etc. You can make up for missed classes.
  3. Our instructors follow strict hygiene and disinfection measures, regularly ventilating and cleaning the premises, including door handles, floors, tables, the kitchen, toilets, etc.
  4. Disinfectants are available to all our visitors and staff at key locations in the lobby.
  5. In addition to the modern ventilation system we use, we also use an air purifier that removes 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.003 um, including bacteria and viruses.
